Karen Williams has worked for Brightview since 2013, starting off as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist. With a strong background in coaching, marketing, and sales, she moved into the Regional Director of Sales position supporting Harford County, Northern Baltimore County, Carroll County and Pennsylvania. Karen is passionate about helping independent adults look for a great place to live in the next chapter of their lives and helping adult children navigate assisted living for their loved ones.
